1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of ProPublica’s financial services, tools, and advisory platform (the "Services") by the subscriber ("Subscriber" or "You"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
These terms also apply equally to Lighthouse and Sampatti Card, as they are products owned and operated by ProPublica. Any reference to "ProPublica" in this Agreement should be understood as applying to these products as well.

2. Subscription Fees

ProPublica offers subscription-based plans. The applicable monthly or annual subscription fee will be communicated at the time of purchase and will be automatically charged to your designated payment method.

You agree to keep your payment details accurate and up to date.
If you cancel, ProPublica will refund any prepaid amounts on a prorated basis, depending on your plan’s billing cycle.

3. Access to Services

Uppayment of your subscription fee, you ve access to the features and benefits of your chosen plan. Access is subject to:

Platform availability.
Temporary maintenance or upgrades, during which some features may be unavailable.

4. Use of Services

The Services are provided for your personal or business financial planning needs only. You agree:

Not to use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

Your access to ProPublica Services will end.
Any applicable refunds will be calculated as per our refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProPublica is not liable for:

Financial losses or damages arising from your decisions based on our Services.
Delays, interruptions, or issues outside our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party failures). We provide tools and insights to assist your decision-making but do not guarantee financial outcomes.

7. Changes to this Agreement

ProPublica may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Subscriber resides.

9. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements between the parties.
